Jacque is a respected international health and public policy economist. Over the last 35 years, she has directed many strategic engagements in healthcare, crime, justice, home affairs, education, employment and social welfare. She has worked in the UK health sector throughout her career; internationally she has directed projects and/or provided subject matter expertise to clients in Europe, North America, the Middle East and, more recently, the WHO EMRO Region.

Her experience includes: the economics of public health; service and care-pathway design across all diseases and population groups; healthcare systems including contracting and financing; and access to healthcare and disparities for vulnerable groups. Jacque’s special interests include Universal Health Coverage, the design of value-based healthcare systems, integrated health and social care, and the role of digital health technologies in accelerating improvement. 

Jacque is on the Executive Committee of the Economic Research Council where she leads their Health Economics Programme. She is also an associate of the Oxford Centre for Triple Value Healthcare. Jacque was a founding convenor of the joint Campbell and Cochrane Economics Methods Group. Jacque regularly speaks at international events, chairs panels at national and international academic and industry conferences, and designs and delivers training in Health Economics.




Joe is an experienced designer ranging from identity formation, visual design, communications media and facilitating design workshops.

Over the last few years Joe has focussed his creative skills around strategic and policy design, communications and systems design within the healthcare space. Joe facilitates co-design workshops, both virtually and/or physically with various stakeholders, ranging from clinicians, patients and senior leadership. His approach enables team to define, apply and communicate the shared intelligence and narrative for a given project or value proposition. 

Through utilising his broad creative skillset, Joe collaborates with experienced healthcare professionals to work in a different way and enhance the benefits of a virtual international network, ensuring clarity and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
